How do I create custom Live Wallpapers?

I am getting "Motion Not Available" message with custom Live Wallpapers.
If the Live Photo is created with VideoToLive, the short answer is to cancel and try again. Here is a How to fix Motion Not Available Message post that has more detail about the error.
I have tried canceling and setting it again and it's still not working.
Please watch the how to videos How to create custom Live Wallpapers and How to create a Live Wallpaper from short video. Most over looked part is to use the lock button to lock the duration to 3 seconds when you are making Live Wallpaper for iOS 17 and up.
Why is it so short?
Starting in iOS 17, Live Wallpapers work differently. It autoplays when the screens wakes and it is meant to be a short because of it. You can try creating a new video that is 2x, 3x, or 4x sped up and creating a Live Photo from it as you can see in the how to videos.
I don't see an option to set the Live Photo for the Lock Screen.
Unfortunately, not all iOS devices support live wallpaper. Only the iPhone 6s and later models support live wallpapers. I believe also the iPhone SE models don't support it either. Some iPads support Live Wallpaper starting in iOS 17.
iOS 15 was the last version that supports the older Live Wallpaper on the lock screen. Live Wallpaper was removed from iOS 16. iOS 17 and later support the newer Live Wallpaper where it is much shorter and autoplays when the screen wakes.
I can't close the ad! There is no 'Close' button.
Unfortunately, ads are out of my control and once in awhile a full screen ad without a close button will appear but it will go away in a day or two. You can also pay once to remove the ads forever if this bothers you.
