You are probably aware that Apple removed Live Wallpapers from the Lock Screen.

You can leave a feedback with apple here and tell them that you want Live Wallpaper back.
You can still use VideoToLive to edit videos, create slideshowS and gifs even if you've updated to iOS 16 and can't use Live Wallpaper. 🥹
