You can download it from the App Store if you don’t have it yet! Here is a video on how to use it. Use the trim tool at the bottom to pick a specific part you want to use. Tap the yellow tap on the right to expand the clip editor. Tap on the empty cell labeled ‘Tap to add’ to add the current selection to the list. Repeat until you have all the parts you want. You are here because you have just exported a ringtone from MusicToRingtone to GarageBand and you get a “Core Audio is not available” alert and can’t set it as a ringtone. Don’t worry it seems like it’s an iOS bug and all you have to do is to restart your phone.
